We use high quality Digital equipment to professionally transfer your items to either VHS or DVD format. We do the work ourselves right in our studio and do not send it out. We can guarantee your finished product back to you in a timely manner. It will not leave our production studio until we are happy with the finished product, which means you will always have a quality product. If it is old films that we are transferring, you will always get them back in the shape they were delivered. Included in these charges, we will edit out dark or light spots that contain no image.
How do I know how much film I have
If you have no film footage chart on your reel, you can determine the footage amount by the reel size. A 3" reel = 50 ft. 4" reel = 100 ft. 5" reel = 200 ft, 6"reel = 300 ft. 7" reel = 400 ft. We can fit approximately 1700 to 2000 ft. of film onto a 2 hour video.

Included with photo, slide and film transfers is a custom title & video label. Each production will also have creative wipes and transitions between each photo. For additional charges, background music can also be added to make the production complete.

These include special effect transitions bringing one photo to the next, and or camera movement to add interest to your project. Each image is shown approximately 5-7 seconds.

Past to Present Imaging (referred to as P2P for the remainder of this document) shall not be liable for photographs, slides, video or music while in transit through the U.S. Postal service or while in the possession of any other mail carrier or courier. Customer agrees to be liable for photographs, slides, video or music should they be lost, stolen or damaged while in transit through the U.S. postal Service or any other courier used to transport said materials to or from P2P. By placing an order and paying for P2P's services, by check, money order or any other payment accepted by P2P, customer agrees to these terms and conditions and understands that P2P is not responsible for the loss of items due to an act of God, act of war or tragedy.
P2P assumes no responsibility or liability with respect to any copyright infringements and customer hereby agrees to assume all responsibility for any and all costs and expenses incurred as a result of any legal action or litigation taken against P2P as a result of an alleged copyright infringement. Customer certifies that P2P is only transferring the photographic materials and music to video and /or DVD, and does not intend to use the video/DVD for commercial purposes, it is only intended for personal viewing. If it is intended for commercial purposes, customer hereby states that they own the copyright or have acquired permission to use the material. Customer authorizes P2P to copy or reproduce the music on customer's behalf. Customer agrees to assume all responsibility relating to the right to reproduce the music.
By sending materials to P2P, customer is acknowledging they have read the above statements and disclaimers and understands them.
